1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Photo Show (the "Service"), whether as an Event Organizer or an Attendee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Photo Show provides a platform for event organizers to collect, display, and interact with photos uploaded by attendees in real-time. We provide the technology to facilitate this interaction but are not responsible for the content itself.

3. User Content & Licensing

  • Ownership: Attendees retain ownership of the photos they upload.
  • License to Use: By uploading content, you grant Photo Show and the Event Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, host, and stream that content for the duration of the event and for post-event galleries.
  • Responsibility: You represent that you own the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.).

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or threatening.
  • Contains viruses or malicious code.
  • Infringes on any intellectual property rights.
  • Features "spam" or unauthorized promotional material.

Photo Show reserves the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime for your event, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that photos will be stored indefinitely.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Unauthorized access to your uploads.
  • The conduct or content of any third-party user.
  • Technical failures during a live event.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please note that photos uploaded to a live stream are visible to other event attendees and potentially the public, depending on the Organizer's settings.
