Is this a one-time fee or a subscription?
It's a one-time fee, charged once per event. There's no recurring subscription.
What can I do if my credit card is rejected?
To extend our service globally we operate as a US company and process payments through Stripe — one of the world's largest secure payment providers. Some local banks block Stripe charges for users who rarely purchase from overseas platforms. Please try another credit or debit card, or call your bank's customer service to authorize the transaction.
When does my plan start?
You pick the start date yourself in the upgrade flow. Your plan runs for its full validity window from that date — even if you pay in advance.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your event automatically returns to the Free plan, but your photos stay accessible until their individual expiry date (based on the plan you paid for).
How long are my photos kept?
Photos uploaded during a paid plan are kept until your plan's retention window ends (measured from the plan start date). Photos uploaded on Free are kept 14 days from each upload.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Go to My Orders and submit a refund request. A regular refund drops your event back to Free. A marketing-campaign refund (share your event on social media) lets you keep the plan.
