Share & Get 100% Refund Campaign

Love your Photo Show event? Share it with the world and we'll refund what you paid — and you keep the upgraded features. This page lays out exactly how the campaign works.

1. Who Can Participate

Any paid plan qualifies. Whether you upgraded to Basic or Advanced, the same campaign rules apply.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the campaign refund, your social media post must meet all of the following:

  • Posted on your own social media account. The post must be on a profile you own and control.
  • Set as public, see the per-platform requirements below.
  • Includes at least 1 photo or 1 video from the event, or a screenshot of the Photo Show experience.
  • Includes at least 50 words describing your experience with Photo Show.
  • If posting on Threads or Instagram, please mention @photoshow_com. On other platforms, the text must include the brand name "PhotoShow" or "拍貼秀".
  • You agree that Photo Show may reuse the text and images from your post for marketing purposes at no cost, with attribution to the original author.

3. What You Get

  • 100% refund of the amount you paid for the plan.
  • Keep the upgraded features. Your event remains on the upgraded plan — we do not downgrade it after the refund.

4. How to Claim

  1. Publish a public post on your own social media that meets the requirements above.
  2. Open the My Orders page in your dashboard and click "Request Refund".
  3. Select the "Share & Get 100% Refund" option and paste the link to your post.
  4. Our team will verify the post and process the refund.

5. Per-Platform Requirements

  • Facebook: Profile feed post. Privacy must be set to "Public" (globe icon, not "Friends"); the text must include the brand name "PhotoShow" or "拍貼秀".
  • Instagram: Feed post or Reels. Account must be public; mention @photoshow_com.
  • Threads: Post. Account must be public; mention @photoshow_com.
  • X: Original Post (pure retweets are not accepted). The post must be public and the text must include the brand name "PhotoShow" or "拍貼秀".
  • Xiaohongshu (RED): Image-text note or video note. The text must include the brand name "PhotoShow" or "拍貼秀".
  • Reddit: A Post in a relevant subreddit (Comments are not accepted). The text must include the brand name "PhotoShow" or "拍貼秀".
  • Dcard: A board post (recommended: Wedding board). The post must remain public and the text must include the brand name "PhotoShow" or "拍貼秀".

6. Notes

  • The post must remain public until your refund has been processed.
  • Refund review is completed within 10 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued back to your original credit card within 5–10 business days (subject to your card issuer's processing time). We are unable to refund via any other method.
  • One campaign refund per event.
  • We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet the requirements.

Photo Show reserves the right to terminate this campaign at any time; submissions already received will not be affected. Photo Show retains the final right of interpretation of these terms; in case of dispute, Photo Show's determination shall prevail.
