Upload Issues
Photo Upload Failed
Problem: Photos don't appear on the display wall after clicking upload
Solutions:
- Check if network connection is stable
- Confirm photo file size doesn't exceed 50 MB
- Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
- Refresh the page and try again
- If upload continues to fail or photos don't appear in album/display wall after upload, please take a screenshot and contact customer service via the bottom right button
Slow Upload Speed
Problem: Photo upload takes a very long time
Solutions:
- Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data
- Close other network-intensive applications
- Choose smaller photo files
Display Issues
QR Code Can't Be Scanned
Problem: Phone scanning QR Code has no response
Solutions:
- Ensure QR Code is clearly visible
- Adjust distance between phone and QR Code
- Check phone camera permission settings
- Try using a different QR Code scanning app
Display Wall Not Updating
Problem: Newly uploaded photos don't appear on display wall
Solutions:
- Refresh the display page
Account Issues
Unable to Login
Problem: Google login failed
Solutions:
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Confirm Google account status is normal
- Try using incognito mode
- Check if browser is blocking pop-ups
Can't Find My Event
Problem: Previously created events disappeared
Solutions:
- Confirm login with the same Google account
- Check if event was accidentally deleted
- Click the bottom right button to contact customer service for recovery assistance
Performance Issues
Slow Page Loading
Solutions:
- Clear browser cache
- Close unnecessary browser tabs
- Restart browser
- Check network connection quality
